Laura Kotzur is a PhD candidate in the research group “Transnational Conflicts”. Her research focuses on demands and debates on reparations in the framework of transitional justice in the US. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Human Geography from the University of Erlangen and graduated from the Center for Conflict Studies in Marburg with an M.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies. She’s also a founder and editor of the UNEINS Magazine for new perspectives on peace and conflicts.

  • transitional justice, anti-colonialism and reparations
  • grassroot conflict transformation
